A practical workflow follows seven steps: capture the risk or policy topic, generate a first draft, review for accuracy and audience fit, add quiz or remediation content, check captions and transcripts, export or publish, then measure and update.

AI helps most in the first-draft stage. Human judgment still owns accuracy, tone, policy alignment, accessibility readiness, and publishing decisions.

Start small. Pick three topics: one phishing lesson, one AI policy micro-course, and one onboarding refresher. Build first drafts, review them with security and L&D, export one module, and track time to first draft, review effort, and learner delivery readiness.

The first useful artifact matters more than a complete platform tour. A pilot should prove whether the workflow helps the team move from idea to reviewable training faster.
