AI Policy Training Employees Can Actually Use

An AI policy does not become useful just because employees acknowledge it. People need examples. They need boundaries. They need to know what is allowed, what requires approval, and what is clearly out of bounds.

The common failure mode is turning policy into a wall of text. That may satisfy a document requirement, but it rarely helps an employee decide what to do when a tool promises to summarize a customer document, generate code, rewrite an email, or analyze a spreadsheet.

A manager wants to use AI to draft performance feedback. Each scenario should teach the same thing: how to apply the policy in normal work.
